Retrieving Device Logs Manually

You can manually pull device logs using your local PC. Navigate to and open the following directory to access logs. Enter the product path for the DefaultPackageName.

sdcard/Android/data/<DefaultPackageName>/files/logs/

 

For this product: Enter this path:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 com.honeywell.Dynamics365
DevKit com.honeywell.GuidedWorkDemo
SAP B1 com.honeywell.BusinessOne

 

Due to a known bug between Windows and Android, if you are using Windows File Explorer, you need to reboot your Android device to update logs and directories.
